It is a great satisfaction for us, the win of the first prize of our lamp Archetype, at the 2018 VSL Award for “the best modern lamp”.

The jury, composed by lighting designers and other personalities from the world of light, has awarded our collection Archetype, brand Morosini.

The jury’s motivations: “A simple form allows different compositions to create different types. Design and technology, slenderness of form and lightness, horizontality and verticality, suggestions and movement, without losing the concreteness of the constructive aspects: from the research of materials to the movement of light in space. Functionality, aesthetics and modernity make it an extremely valuable product. Clean and essential in the design, it freely rethinks a form inspired by the fifties. Past and present come together in a product destined to last. A tribute to well-known and recognizable icons but with a renewed expressive language of aesthetic and technical quality; updated and innovative, elegant and balanced, which gives emotion and synthesis for its originality capable of expressing “messages” of creativity and experimentation that are part of the great history of design made in Italy “
